All iBuy orders utilizing Federal Funds, in the amount of $10,000 or above, must be entered on the Purchase Requisition Form.  Due to the type of funding used, these orders must go through a Purchasing review, which includes attaching federal required documentation.  All catalog/punchout orders $10,000 and above, using Federal Funds, will be rejected for resubmission using the Purchase Requisition form.
